| 1. The first step is to clean and completely dry the bed of your truck and the seams. This prevents any dirt and/or moisture from trapping beneath the LINE-X. In this process the tailgate is removed and wrapped separately, allowing us access to all areas that need to be sprayed. |

2. Wiring: Once, your truck is clean and dry, a wire-trim tape* is applied and the sides of the truck are masked off. *The wire-trim tape allows for a clean, factory-like edge for the finished product. We will never use a knife or blade on your truck. |
3. Prepping the Surface: Once your truck is masked and taped, we lightly scuff the topcoat to give LINE-X a surface to bond to, the truck is then cleaned once more to remove all dust particles that may linger. Again, we want to make sure NOTHING comes between your truck’s surface and LINE-X. |

4. Now, your truck is backed into our spray booth and the rest of the masking is done, including a tarp that is pulled between your truck’s cab and the bed. This step will prevent ANY overspray. |
| 5. Now your truck is ready for the ultimate protection! Line-X uses a heated, high-pressure spraying system with our own manufactured product that dries in 3-5 seconds. This is what gives your truck a hard, uniform, factory-like finish. |

6. The Finished Product! Since the drying time is only 3-5 seconds, you can wash ,walk in, and even lightly load your truck as soon as it rolls out our doors. A 24-hour period is recommended for heavy use. | |
From start
to finish it took less than 2 hours to complete the job. The
truck is ready for use immediately - even in the rain or cold,
without affecting the bed liner. We recommend 24 hours "set
time" before placing heavy object on the bed.
